I'm French, And I think you should go to the "saintes maries" in camargue, in south of france, next to Marseille.... I really think it's one of the best place I ever seen (and I've been travelling a LOT)... on teh 29 you cana ssist to a traditional gitan celebration... do not miss it! and then, go to the "calanques" (cassis for exemple)... And meet young people, forget about french afraid to speak english... and enjoy your stay! Celine Hey!!!
