Clote by Konstantin Slawinski

I can never remember were I left my keys. Konstantin Slawinski’s key managing Clote design would sort that out, plus it looks colourful and funky.

Strisica By Modo Luce.

Strisica

Greta lighting ideas. I’m loving the Striscia lights designed by Paolo Grasselli for Modo Luce (unfortunately, it’s another flash site I can’t link to directly - it’s under products -> ceiling lights).

Modo Luce do loads of great lighting products, so it’s worth a few minutes to browse through their site.

Sam3.

Sam3

Amazing Spanish Murals. I’m afraid I don’t know much about Sam3 other than he’s creating some really fantastic murals on the walls of spanish cities. I really love his silhouette style.

Medical Dummy Models. December 11, 2006

KawsOne Model

Art, Design & Medical Models. I was going to write a clever post about how art filters through to the mainstream, but I’m in bed with the flu, so I can’t be bothered. I’ll just say that I love this medical figure by Kawsone, and I’ll let you think up somekind of clever connection to Damien Hirst’s ‘Hymn’ yourself.

Product of God. December 8, 2006

Product of God

Product of God is an online gallery offering high quality and affordable limited editions prints by leading contemporary illustrators and graphic artists. Each Print edition features a distinctive embossed authentification stamp and is signed and numbered by the Artist, or is supplied with an authentification certificate signed and numbered by the Artist.

Some of the artists currently available through Product of God are some of my favorites like Parra & Genevieve Gauckler, so go and check it out.

Parra Bag.

Rockwell

Travel in style. I love this Bag from Rockwell Clothing. The Rockwell Clothing company is run by Parra, an underground star in Amsterdam, where his work is treasured by a generation of design fanatics.

Check out Parra’s illustration work.

Studio Massaud.

Chuck Rocking Chair

Modern Oldness. I love the angular Chuck Rocking Chair by Studio Massaud. The mixture of sharp angular modern edges on the slightly stuffy and archaic rocking chair design, make this very cool. I want one.

Kit Grover.

Kit Grover

Wonderful crap for Christmas. Go and check out the numerous quirky products by Kit Grover. I’ve seen most of these in the Tate Modern shop, so if you’re after gifts for someone creative in your life, get yourself over there to do a spot of Christmas shopping. I know I’d be happy with a foam crown!

Angelic Lighting. As the site isin Japanese, I can’t really gather much info on what is going on, but the circular halo-like lighting in this project by Ismi Design is very cool.
